Solve real problems.
We don't chase trends or build AI wrappers for things that don't need AI. Every product and every service starts with a problem worth solving.
About Binjaw
Binjaw was built on a simple premise: AI is too important to be locked behind enterprise budgets and Silicon Valley gatekeepers. Small businesses and emerging markets need AI that works for them — practical, affordable, and built by someone who has worked across both markets.
Who Binjaw is
Binjaw is run as a sole proprietorship, with operational bases in Germany and Mangalore, India. We serve small businesses and emerging-market companies who want AI results without enterprise complexity. We ship working code, not strategy decks.
How we work
A working product in someone's hands beats a perfect pitch deck in a conference room. We build, deploy, learn, and iterate. Speed compounds — a crappy v1 in production teaches more than a beautiful v3 that never ships.
Outside money changes incentives. We fund ourselves so we can build what matters — not what looks good in a quarterly report. Our customers are our only stakeholders, which is the whole point.
Core values
We don't chase trends or build AI wrappers for things that don't need AI. Every product and every service starts with a problem worth solving.
We minimize what we collect and store. Client data lives in client infrastructure when we can help it. When we can't, we document exactly what's retained, for how long, and why.
No marketing fluff. We speak the language of code and clear documentation. We are honest about our limits and precise about our capabilities.
The voice on the page
Binjaw speaks with one editorial voice: Spark. Spark signs the field notes, reads every contact submission, and waves from the bottom-right. Behind the persona is a small sole-prop studio — the legal details live on the /impressum/ page for anyone who needs them.

Ops sit in Germany and Mangalore — which covers most European and Asian business hours. Company registration is in progress. When hiring changes, it'll be posted here openly. Not now.
